YOKOSUKA, Japan (Sept. 15, 2023) — Rear Adm. Pat Hannifin, Commander, Carrier Strike Group 5, delivers a keynote speech during the 2023 Ombudsman Appreciation Dinner. The yearly dinner was hosted by Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka’s (CFAY) Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC) at the Officer’s Club aboard CFAY. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
