Salt Lake City, Utah (September 13, 2023) Builder 1st Class Dawid Domagala from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4 works with Dennis Peters, an Assistant Director of Church Hosting for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, during Salt Lake City Navy Week to pack boxes with goods that will go to help those affected by hurricane Lee. Salt Lake City Navy Week is one of 13 Navy Weeks taking place in 2023. These events bring together a diverse range of assets, equipment, and personnel to a single city for a weeklong series of engagements. Navy Weeks aim to foster a closer relationship between America’s Navy and the people it protects, and demonstrates why the modern Navy is crucial for America’s prosperity and national defense.
