Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) Director Kelly McKeague, offers a toast during a luncheon with the Vietnamese Office for Seeking Missing Persons delegation (VNOSMP) at the United States Institute of Peace, Washington D.C., Sept. 13, 2023.
