A member of the Philippine Army marshals a KC-130J aircraft on the tarmac at Davao International Airport Dec. 14, 2012 after it arrived carrying supplies for citizens who were displaced following Typhoon Pablo earlier this month. The typhoon hit Davao Oriental and Compostela Valley hardest leaving thousands homeless and hundreds of fatalities in its wake.
