Maj. Gen. Norman J. Brozenick, Jr., Commander, Special Operations Command Pacific, talks with a team from the United States that is currently helping to get relief supplies from Manila to a distribution center in Davao Dec. 12, 2012 following one of the most devastating typhoons to hit the region in more than 20 years. Brozenick stopped by to see the operation after attending meetings in Manila focused on clarifying the future role of the United States military in the Philippines.
