Coast Guardsmen assigned to U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Forward (WMEC 911) join Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organization inspectors from the European Fisheries Control Agency as well as Fisheries and Oceans Canada to measure a fishing net while at sea in the Atlantic Ocean, Sept. 8, 2023.
