U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Dustin Wallace, a native of Girardville, Pennsylvania and a digital wideband systems maintainer with Task Force Koa Moana 23, gives on-the-job training for maintaining electrical systems to Yapese members of the community at the V6AI radio station in Colonia, Yap, Federated States of Micronesia, Aug. 22, 2023. The state of Yap is a part of Task Force Koa Moana’s deployment throughout the Indo-Pacific region, where Marines and Sailors from I Marine Expeditionary Force work to strengthen alliances and partnerships with development of interoperable capabilities, combined operations, theater security cooperation, and capacity-building efforts.
