The USACE Buffalo District Repair Fleet also known as the Floating Plant, held a retirement ceremony in Cleveland, Ohio, August 23, 2023, for Lead Deckhand Anthony (Tony) Gilmore as he departs after a thirty-one year career with the Corps of Engineers.
