Noncommissioned officers assigned to 1st Battalion, 10th Field Artillery Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division sign a “United We Stand” pledge during an NCO resiliency event Dec. 8, at Camp Buehring, Kuwait. Each NCO pledged to provide their soldiers with individual attention to avoid such problems as suicide, DUIs and financial difficulties through education or resources provided by the Army.
