A U.S. Navy EA-18G Growler, an F4U Corsair, and an F-35C Lightning II perform together as part of a U.S. Navy Legacy Flight demonstration during a practice performance prior to the Guardians of Freedom Airshow, Aug. 25, 2023, at the Lincoln Airport, Nebraska. Hosted by the Nebraska National Guard, Offutt Air Force Base, Lincoln Airport and the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce, the event provides the community with an opportunity to view the robust capabilities of U.S. military air power - past and present. The Navy Legacy Flight Foundation program matches today's frontline military fighters with their predecessors in close flight maneuvers at air shows nationwide.
