An FA-18D Hornet prepares to receive fuel on West Field here during simulated surge operation as part of Exercise Forager Fury 2012. Surge operations are slated to last a week, with various types of aircraft receiving ground aviation support from the Marines on Tinian. The Hornet is with Marine All Weather Fighter Attack Squadron 225, which is currently under the Unit Deployment Program with Marine Aircraft Group 12, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
