Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus speaks with the U.S. Military Academy cheerleading squad and band during a pep rally at the Pentagon before the upcoming Army-Navy college football game. Mabus told the cadets he was proud to be associated with the Army-Navy game and then predicted Navy will defeat Army and extend its "decade of dominance."
