U.S. Army Soldier, Maj. Brian Sneddon of the 272nd Regional Support Group, Michigan National Guard, transmits a 9-line medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) call during Exercise Northern Strike 2023 on Camp Grayling, Michigan, August 13, 2023. The 9-line MEDEVAC is a timely and efficient movement for en route care provided by medical personnel for those being evacuated from a battlefield. Evacuated services members are taken to a treatment facility using medically equipped ground vehicles or aircraft.
