OAK HARBOR, Wash. (Aug. 9, 2023) – Career counselors and an undesignated Sailor taking part in the Professional Apprenticeship Career Track (PACT) program speak to an enlisted community manager during the MyNavy HR Career Development Symposium (CDS) Pacific Northwest held at Naval Base Kitsap - Bremerton, Aug. 7, 2023. The Navy Personnel Command Fleet Engagement Team provided career counseling to 133 PACT Sailors from Naval Base Kitsap - Bremerton, Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, and Naval Station Everett, which resulted in 118 Sailors gaining a rating with follow-on orders or on track for a rating that requires a package submission.
