U.S. Army Sgt. Devin Smerlick, a crew chief with Charlie Company, 2-104th General Support Aviation Battalion, 28th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade, is awarded the Sikorsky Aviation Maintenance Award during a ceremony at Fort Indiantown Gap, Aug. 13, 2023. This award acknowledges superior performance in maintaining and supporting Sikorsky helicopters. Smerlick was awarded this for his exceptional performance as a crew chief this year.
