Damonte Waits, assigned to Alpha Battery, 3rd Battalion, supporting 4th Infantry Division, take part in an Army Combatives tournament using techniques learned from the Basic Army Combatives Course near Pabrade, Lithuania, on August 11, 2023. The mission of the Army Combatives Course is to train Soldiers in close quarters Combatives in order to instill the Warrior Ethos and prepare Soldiers to close with and defeat the enemy in hand-to-hand combat.
