Col. Johnny Roscoe, 15th Wing commander, honors Elizabeth Chew, widow of Senior Master Sgt. Raymond Perry, retired, during the 71st anniversary remembrance ceremony on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Dec. 7, 2012. Perry, a survivor of the attacks, went on to serve 26-years in the Air Force and was a founding member of the pararescue career field.
