Colonel Michael L. Scalise, commanding officer of Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, shakes hands with Kristopher Lautug, a firefighter and paramedic aboard MCLB Barstow, during the Quarterly Awards Breakfast held Dec. 5 at the Maj.
