U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Andrew Swindasz, a flight medic with Task Force Knighthawk, 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade, supporting 4th Infantry Division, shows the inside of a HH-60 Black Hawk to local children during a medical evacuation exercise in Tartu, Estonia, Aug. 4. The training marked the first collaboration between U.S. Army medics and Tartu University Hospital staff, and encompassed training sessions held in both Latvia and Estonia. The training also afforded the local community an opportunity to meet U.S. Army Soldiers and learn about the Black Hawk during a static display. The 4th Inf. Div.'s mission in Europe is to engage in multinational training and exercises across the continent, working alongside NATO allies and regional security partners to provide combat-credible forces to V Corps, America’s forward deployed corps in Europe.
