Jaime Arizaga, a native of Ventura, Calif., and armor crewman assigned to 1st Battalion, 77th Armor Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armor Division, based out of Fort Bliss, Texas, waits at the Freedom Crossing parking lot on Fort Bliss prior to the Fall Joint Armed Forces Motorcycle Safety Rally and Ride held Nov. 15, 2012. The rally focused on motorcycle safety awareness and was open to all soldiers, retirees, family members and the El Paso community. More than 300 motorcycles convoyed from Fort Bliss to White Sands Missile Range, N.M.
