Motorcycle enthusiasts John Palmer, a native of Upstate N.Y., and his wife, Judi Palmer, a native of Deming, N.M., prepare to ride during the Fall Joint Armed Forces Motorcycle Safety Rally and Ride held on Nov. 15, 2012. The rally emphasized motorcycle safety awareness and was open to all Soldiers, retirees, family members and the El Paso community. The rally began with more than 300 motorcycles departing Fort Bliss to White Sands Missile Range, N.M., culminating with the group convoying back to Fort Bliss where there were contests and other entertainment.
