A leather jacket and helmet rests on a motorcycle in the Fort Bliss parking lot. They are part of the personal protective equipment used by motorcycle aficionados during the Fall Joint Armed Forces Motorcycle Safety Rally and Ride held on Nov. 15, 2012. The rally focused on motorcycle safety and was open to all Soldiers, retirees, family members and the El Paso community. The all-day event began with the motorcycle convoy departing from Fort Bliss to White Sands Missile Range, N.M.
