U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Kahrinna Cutts, 39th Medical Operations Squadron noncommissioned officer in charge of laboratory operations, conducts a microscopic urinalysis at Incirlik Air Base, Türkiye, July 26, 2023. A urinalysis is the examination of urine through urine test strips or microscopic examination. During a microscopic urinalysis; abnormal cells, bacteria, crystals and other elements are searched for within the sample to help assist providers in their patients diagnosis allowing the further support of the 39th Air Base Wings mission to keep Airmen ready and reliable.
