U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Robert Aronson, a squad leader with Fox Company, 2nd Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, Marine Forces Reserve, demonstrates how to create shelter with coconut leaves in Jungle Amphibious Training School during Tradewinds 2023 at Jungle Area Training Site, Guyana, July 22, 2023. Tradewinds is a U.S. Southern Command-sponsored exercise designed to strengthen partnerships and interoperability, promote human rights, as well as increase all participants' training capacity and capability to mitigate, plan for and respond to crises and security threats. Aronson is a native of Westbrook, Connecticut and is currently the owner of Aronson Autobody. Aronson also graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2022 with a degree in business administration.
