Port Hueneme, Calif. (July 21, 2023) Builder Second Class Bryan Slocum and Builder Third Class Tatum Hansen, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, aid Steelworker Second Class Matthew Zahoria in the placement of a welder during the Construction Training Exercise (CTX) Quay Wall Pile Cap Project. NMCB 4 is implementing a robust construction skill training plan to prepare for a dynamic mission set throughout the US Indo-Pacific Command in support of Commander, 7th Fleet objectives.
