Cmdr. Brian Finman passes through ceremonial sideboys after being relieved by Cmdr. Tate Robinson as commanding officer of amphibious dock landing ship USS Rushmore (LSD 47). Rushmore is a part of the Peleliu Amphibious Ready Group, with the embarked 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, and is deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
