Inter-American Defense College Leadership welcomed Mrs. Amy Spies, DC HELC Representative for a visit to the IADC Campus on Fort Lesley J. McNair, Washington, D.C., April 25, 2023. During the visit, Mrs. Spies conducted an office call with IADC Leadership, received an IADC brief, and concluded the visit with a tour of the campus. The Higher Education Licensure Commission ("HELC" or “Commission”) is a regulatory, consumer protection body that is responsible for public protection with regard to legitimate, quality postsecondary education in the District of Columbia.
