Yeoman 3rd Class Allie Brazas pass a quilt to her daughter at a Heroes' Welcome Event at the Jackson Park Community Center. The quilt was given to YN3 Brazas in honor of her husband, Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Sean Brazas, who died May 30, while serving as an Individual Augmentee (IA) in Panjwa'l, Afghanistan. Naval Base Kitsap Fleet and Family Support Center sponsored the event to honor returning IAs from commands in the Pacific Northwest.
