Sailors offload one-and-a-half tons of cocaine and almost 3 tons of marijuana from the Oliver Hazard Perry-class guided-missile frigate USS Carr (FFG 52). The drugs were seized while conducting Operation Martillo and are being turned over to federal authorities.
