U.S. Marines with Marine All Weather Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA(AW)) 224, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing, practice Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP) techniques at Naval Air Station Key West, Florida, June 21, 2023. Marines with VMFA(AW)-224 advanced their belts during a training detachment to Key West to maintain lethality. VMFA(AW)-224 conducted air-to-air missile proficiency training to maintain their ability, under all weather conditions, to provide supporting arms coordination, conduct multi-sensor imagery and destroy surface targets and enemy aircraft day or night.
