U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. The 500-1000lbs club is a competition hosted by the Morale, Welfare, and Recreational program where Marines and Sailors aim to achieve a max out squat, bench, and deadlift that total over 500lbs for females and 1000lbs for males. The 31st MEU is operating aboard ships of the America Amphibious Ready Group in the 7th Fleet area of operations to enhance interoperability with allies and partners and serve as a ready response force to defend peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
