Perry, the current commanding officer of RS Baton Rouge, during a change of command ceremony held at the Louisianna State University Lod Cook Alumni Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, June 30, 2023. During the ceremony, Perry relinquished command of RS Baton Rouge to Maj. Lucas C. Culver. Perry held command since April of 2020. Perry is a Louisiana native and LSU alumni.
