Sgt. 1st Class Deanne Dunnsmith, brigade master resiliency trainer, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, explains techniques used by resiliency trainers during Resiliency Trainer Assistant class at the 2nd Special Troops Battalion conference room on Fort Carson, Nov. 15, 2012. Sixteen “Lonestar” soldiers became qualified as resiliency training assistants and are tasked with ensuring their company is one-hundred percent trained on all modules by this time next year.
