GREAT LAKES, Ill. (June 21, 2023) – Command Master Chief (CMC) Nathan G. Hon, Surface Combat Systems Training Command Great Lakes CMC, hosted a Coffee Talk to address ground roots concerns with command staff members. Concerns discussed were foreign diplomatic policy in areas of rising tensions, current status of Naval Military Training and recruiting efforts. Coffee Talk with senior leadership serves as a platform to humanize service members across the chain-of-command, build camaraderie, add value to opinions with constructive criticism and form professional bonds of trust.
