A U.S. Airman from the 114th Electromagnetic Warfare Squadron, Florida Air National Guard, tightens a ratchet strap on a palletized case of counter communications systems at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida, June 8, 2023. Seven pallets of cargo were airlifted to Bangor Air National Guard Base, Maine, for exercise THUNDER MOOSE held June 11-21. The multi-state mobility and weapon system training event will task five Air National Guard units to establish a forward operating area, fine tune electromagnetic attack capabilities and prepare for an upgrade to a more agile counter communications system.
