BALTOPS 23 participants conduct a replenishment-at-sea, a Visit, Board, Search and Seizure event, and a conference with members of the German Navy Headquarters, June 9, 2023, during exercise Baltic Operations 2023. BALTOPS 23 is the premier maritime-focused exercise in the Baltic Region.
