The new memorial monument was unveiled at the 4th Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division headquarters, at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Nov. 16, 2012. A dedication ceremony was held to honor the fallen Paratroopers the Spartan Brigade lost in their recent deployment during Operation Enduring Freedom XII – XIII.
