O’Connor Jr., a Surface Combat Systems Training Command Great Lakes instructor, delivers Sailor 360 leadership development training at Naval Station Great Lakes. The training features topics: solution-based leaders, infectious optimism, productive mindset and ethical decisions. Sailor 360 applies to all levels in the organization, targeted at developing focused outcomes as well as variety in session topics welcoming feedback mechanisms to drive a continuous learning environment. Sailor 360 implements formal leadership development curriculum reinforced by innovative, meaningful command-developed training.
