A Royal Thai Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technician with the Thailand Mine Action Center (TMAC), prepares a priming well to receive a blasting cap during an EOD special charges training at Ta Mor Roi training area in Surin Province, Kingdom of Thailand, May 22, 2023.
