U.S. Marine Corps 1st Lt. Philip Cartwright, aviation supply officer, Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 31, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing, completes pull-ups during a Murph workout, hosted by Marine Corps Community Services, at Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, South Carolina, May 25, 2023. The Murph consists of a 1 mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, followed by another 1 mile run. Marines and civilians completed the Murph workout in order to honor Medal of Honor Recipient Navy Lt. Michael Murphy who died in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005.
