YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 24, 2023) — Electrician’s Mate Fireman Lucas Luu receives a certificate of naturalization from Lt. j.g. Evan Draim, the Legal Assistance Judge Advocate for Region Legal Service Office (RLSO) Western Pacific, during a United States Citizenship and Immigration Services naturalization ceremony, hosted by RLSO Western Pacific at C2 Auditorium onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY). For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
