Army Reserve Lt. Gen. Jeffrey W. Talley, chief of the Army Reserve and commanding general, U.S. Army Reserve Command, congratulates Spc. Adden Hunter, water purification specialist, 401st Quartermaster Detachment, lock Haven, P.A. Nov. 11 on a job well done while conducting water removal operations as a result of Hurricane Sandy in Breezy Point, N.Y. Lt. Gen. Talley toured areas most effected by the storm and visited Army Reserve soldiers from the 401st, 410th, and 431st Quartermaster Detachments that are all conducting water removal operations.
