Army Reserve Lt. Gen. Jeffrey W. Talley, chief of the Army Reserve and commanding general, U.S. Army Reserve Command, receives a briefing from Maj. Gen. Kendall P. Cox, deputy commanding general, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nov. 11 concerning recovery operations as a result of Hurricane Sandy in Breezy Point, N.Y. Lt. Gen. Talley toured areas most effected by the storm and visited Army Reserve soldiers from the 401st, 410th, and 431st Quartermaster Detachments that are all conducting water removal operations.
