Cooper Hulse, a cavalry scout assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron, 1-299th Cavalry Regiment runs with a heavy ruck weighing over 45 lbs. during the Mystery event of the Region VII annual Best Warrior Competition, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, May 7-11, 2023.
