CPL Jackson Lockwood from the 7th Engineer Support Battalion measures and marks a piece of wood during a Field Training Exercise (FTX) for Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4 (NMCB 4) known as Operation Turning Point. Operation Turning point is an around-the-clock exercise where the Battalion is assessed on its ability to conduct expeditionary construction in a distributed and hostile environment.
