Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4 (NMCB 4) construct the base of a Southwest Asia Hut during a Field Training Exercise (FTX) for NMCB 4 known as Operation Turning Point. Operation Turning point is an around-the-clock exercise where the Battalion is assessed on its ability to conduct expeditionary construction in a distributed and hostile environment.
