Kosovo Force Regional Command-East medics from the Danish, Finnish and Latvian Armies conducted medical training at Camp Novo Selo, Kosovo, Feb. 28, 2023. The training was led by Capt. JohnAllen Schmitt, a Aeromedical Nurse Practitioner with the Maneuver Battalion, 76th Infantry Brigade Combat Team "Nighthawk Brigade", and covered interrupted skin closure, needle/surgical cricothyrotomy, needle chest decompression and intraosseous vascular insertion.
