U.S. Marines with the III Marine Expeditionary Force Band perform a serenade welcome to guests as they arrive to the Marine Corps Air Station Futenma change of command ceremony, on Okinawa, Japan, May 8, 2023. The change of command ceremony is a transfer of authority and responsibility of MCAS Futenma from the outgoing commander, Col. Henry Dolberry Jr. to the incoming commander Col. Willam C. Pacatte.
