A group of Soldiers with Alpha Troop, 6th Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division perform a tactical movement as part of training for an upcoming competition, known as the Gainey Cup, Fort Bliss, Texas, April 17, 2023. The training was in preparation for The Gainey Cup, which is a multi-day competition held at Fort Benning, Georgia. and is designed to challenge a Scouts’ physical and mental ability to conduct reconnaissance and security operations.
