The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center’s (ERDC) first employee resource group was formed at the Information Technology Lab (ITL) and called “Advancing Women into Leadership (AWIL).” The first event hosted a panel of leaders who discussed their career paths and barriers they overcame along the way. This employee resource group was created by the Inclusion Diversity and Equity Awareness (IDEA) Council.
